Provide us with an unboxing video of the product showing the damage or defect.
Once we receive the product and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement to you.
We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
CANCELLATION POLICY
SharletPrime allows cancellation of order within 12 hrs of order placement only.
As once order placed we will proceed with the preparation of order after 12 hrs ,
so we couldn't help you cancel the order after 12 hrs.
