2. Product Display We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on the site. However, as the actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
3. Product Sourcing and Quality Grades All products available on the Sharlet website are collected from locally handcrafted artisans, reflecting the unique craftsmanship of our community. The quality of our products varies and is categorized into different grade levels: C grade, B grade, and Premium quality. Each grade represents a distinct level of craftsmanship and materials used. Detailed descriptions and specifications of these grades are provided on our product pages to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Age Requirement The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Sharlet website. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use or transact through this Website.

Those who choose to access this Website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent local laws are applicable.

5. Pricing and Payment Domestic Orders

Prices on our Website are subject to change without notice. Please expect that you will be charged the price for the products as it is listed on the day of purchase.

For orders being shipped within India, payment only in INR is accepted. Prices are exclusive of CGST/SGST/IGST, as applicable and the payment split will be displayed at the time of checkout.

In case international credit cards are being used for domestic orders, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply according to your credit card policy. You may be required to share with us a copy of any Government issued photo identity proof of the country of residence as mentioned below:

1. a) Passport with Visa Copy; b) Driving license; c) Employment card; d) Any other government issued ID proof of the the country of residence.
2. Shipping and Handling Charges

Domestic Order: We provide free shipping within India, however in case of bulk orders exceeding a certain weight limit additional charges may apply.

International Order: In case of order which is to be shipped outside India, customer has to bear the shipping and handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

In case the order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, freight charges and import duty will be levied to the customer.

Custom Clearance:

All shipments of products exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition. You will find the package sealed with a label saying Opened for Customs.

Logistics Service Provider :

Our domestic logistic partners are DHL, Blue Dart and Indian Post.  Our international logistic partner is UPS.

7. Order Confirmation and Payment By placing order on this website, you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer maybe accepted or rejected by Sharlet for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your Contract with Sharlet will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Sharlet proved confirmation that your order has been accepted. Sharlet reserves the right to cancel any order, whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. In such cases, the payment shall be refunded, and the User shall be informed of the same.
8. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Once you place an order, it will be processed, and you will receive a shipment confirmation. Depending on your location, dispatch typically takes 3-4 days, and the delivery time for standard shipping will be approximately 7-12 days. For fast shipping, the total delivery time will be 5-7 days.

Please ensure you enter your complete and accurate address. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, your order may not reach you, and Sharlet will not be responsible for any such situations. All orders will be shipped through our logistic partners, and sometimes delays in delivery may occur due to internal reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding and support in such situations.

Termination of Access Sharlet reserves the right to terminate access to the website and debar you from using the services of Sharlet without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to, breach of these terms and conditions or any unauthorized, illegal, or unlawful use of the services. Such termination will be without any liability to Sharlet. Sharlet's right to shall survive any termination. Any termination of your access to the Website shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product(s) already ordered from the Website or affect any liability against you that may have arisen under these Terms and Conditions.
